「ハムスターの里」運営チームです。

ハムコインを使用してスタンダードハムスターを里に呼ぶ時、
一部のハムスターの種類においてネットワークエラーが発生しておりました。
エラーが発生していたのは、「スノーホワイト」「ダルメシアン」「シナモン」の３種です。

現在は対応を行い、エラーは解消されております。
この度はご不便をおかけし大変申し訳ございません。

安全のため、プレイ中はこまめな「引継ぎパスワード生成」の実施をお願いいたします。
「引継ぎパスワード生成」を一度もしたことがない状態でアプリが開けない等の事象が発生しますと、
お問い合わせをいただいてもデータの復旧が難しい状況となります。
また、引き継ぐことができるデータは、「引継ぎパスワード生成」を実施した時点までのものとなりますので、
こまめな保存をお願いいたします。
